Since 2009, Ali has been involved in residential construction and real estate across Greater Vancouver, building nearly 20 homes while helping clients navigate important property decisions.

Company Established
Milad Enterprises Limited was established, marking the beginning of Ali Gerayelou’s journey as a business owner and entrepreneur.
2009
Expanding into Real Estate & Construction
Ali became a licensed Realtor and residential builder, bringing property sales and residential construction together under his professional expertise.

Ali Gerayelou
Ali Gerayelou brings a combination of residential construction experience, business management, and real estate knowledge to every project and property transaction.
Since becoming a Realtor and residential builder in 2009, Ali has helped clients navigate the buying and selling process while also managing the construction and renovation of residential homes throughout Greater Vancouver.
With nearly 20 homes built, his hands-on construction experience provides valuable insight that goes beyond a typical real estate transaction.
From evaluating a property’s potential to planning a custom home, Ali believes in providing honest guidance, clear communication, and practical solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
